I’m new to the world of real estate and really excited to dive in and learn as much as I can.

What I do know is I don't plan to leave any crumbs 😂I also am aware of laws that say I shouldn't say things like, "I'm offering 8% return to someone who has the liquidity/resources", if they are not friends or family.

I just find our process here, contracts and real estate here much more seamless, which when you're out of state investing, is crucial.
