As was the case I handed my home depot to the gut helping me and a check for a 1000 this is two montjhs later some drywall and wiring and one rubber hose.. a real long story but allot of painting and caulking caulking everywhere and everything..so instead of getting my kitchen cabinets and the stove, venting micro and dw..He bought the goods to tile a shower and more a few thousand this was the charming cheapy cabinest and descent stove and dishwasher..anyway ..

The only guys that maybe did that come to mind were at the dawn of the tech age much the same way a couple guys at the dawn of the industrial age did.

I checked the dishwasher and ended with water all over the floor.

It would save her on the elec bill & would also add value if I decide to dump it.All my appliances (A/C & Heat, Water Heater, Fridge, Stove, Dish Washer, Washer & Dryer, etc...) are covered under my home warranty.

I never considered any appliance other than the built-ins, stove, oven, dishwasher (if house had originally come with one) to be anything other than a drain on my time and money!

Don’t forget the new built in dishwasher and plumbing as well.Custom cabinets, if designed, built and installed by a local reputable cabinetmaker with references and a picture book of previous work done, are often very attractive in price and quality.

In my two FL rental condos, the dishwashers were there when I bought the place.
