A track lighting fixture may be one of the cases where an LED bulb in an existing fixture, may be the better choice over integrated, non-removeable LEDs, as they are not behind a shroud to hide a defective diode.For comparison purposes, I have had two of the larger integrated LED fixtures listed a over, and five of the smaller integrated fixtures listed above installed for two years at my home, and have yet to notice a single LED failure.

If you are trying to hide the fact that you are not the end buyer I would 1: Be upfront with the seller about it, and; 2: Probably not have the potential buyers walk through the house without the seller knowing the final intent of the deal.I would definitely not mislead her about their intent if they are walking through what is still her home.
