Now...if being over 6' tall is a key component of successfully performing a job...like being an NBA basketball player...than this type of "discrimination" is okay.Religion is another protected class in terms of hiring.

I think the definition of a sellers market is when Days on market (DOM) is less than 60-90 days.In Seattle I think you have a little skewed data where 80% of listings that are priced right go in a matter of a week or two and there is 20% of listings that are listed at sucker prices and the unmotivated sellers just camp out these listings (like that dude who cherry picks on offense at the local basketball game).

That coupled with what is expected to be a poorly performing football and basketball team, and the plethora of student housing going up downtown makes me think they will have a hard time filling them which means the duplexes on the outskirts of town will have an even harder time filling their vacancies.
