We have our first two investment properties under contract in Lansing, MI.

I am not in the MI area, so I cant say too much about it, but would Ann Arbor or Lansing (both within an hour of Jackson) fit the profile of what you are looking for better?

We did buy a last House Lansing MI I think we rehabbed a little and made maybe 40k and lived in the house for 1.5 years.

I have been wanting to get involved with rehabbing/flipping and was wondering if anyone knew of meetings in the Lansing, MI area where I could find a mentor that would allow me to help them with a house and I would work for free just to learn.

Hello, I am currently in Atlanta GA and moving back to Lansing MI this spring.

Haven't nailed down which markets I'll be in, but interested in Lansing to West Jefferson areas, as well as Boone at the moment.

I am actually in Sheridan, Michigan, which is roughly equidistant between Grand Rapids, Lansing, and Mount Pleasant.

I have a 12 unit in Lansing, IL but haven't had a chance to scout Stickney and the surrounding area yet.
