Looking for meetings / find a mentor

Hi my names Matt. I have been wanting to get involved with rehabbing/flipping and was wondering if anyone knew of meetings in the Lansing, MI area where I could find a mentor that would allow me to help them with a house and I would work for free just to learn. I am a hard worker and intelligent. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
