Hey @Javon Dixon , one that I've found that works great for me is - www.any.do It works on both IOS & Android.

But it also takes the logging feature one step further by taking a picture of whoever is at the door and sending it to your iOS or Android phone, whether you’re home or not.

All the cases have been on an Android, so I'm thinking maybe android changed something?

It's a free app (IOs and Android) and provides you with all the property performance metrics your need.

Primary reason is I can use it with my IPad as well as android phone for mobile access.

The iOS & Android apps make it very accessible on mobile platforms on the GO!

Now this makes me want to buy an iPhone, having trouble with the Android App. 

The person who's paycheck to paycheck thinks you're loaded, but they also have the latest Iphone while I'm walking around with a 3 year old android that cost 1/4 of the Iphone in the first place.
