I realized and embraced the fact that the majority of the population trades time for $.

I know that women get more favorable terms for SBA loans, but I'm not sure what kind of SBA loan these guys would be applying for.

I don't have any data to back it up, but yeah among full time Realtors it seems like the "glass ceiling" for women either does not exist, or at the very least a lot of women manage to shatter it.
