At least that's what I would go with depending on what you are trying to do once you acquire it (live in, rent out, re-sell, temp rentals etc.)Just to give you an idea, a 200k loan with 4.5 owner occupied interest rate plus taxes/insurance an easy $1300/month plus since its a condo you pay an HOA fee which in LBC it can range anywhere from $150 - $450.

They do have a thermal snap switch to turns the fan on at 90 or 95 degrees, and shuts off when the temp gets below that, but here in Texas your attic is about 120 - 130 F for 3 or 4 months straight, so the fans never shut off.
