that works well in other countries its auto debited from their checking accounts.. of course we know many low end tenants don't have checking accounts and never will .. but for those that do have you considered it..

I agree with @Lamon Lashley Jr about getting a secured credit card (it is very similar to a debit card) or a store card like at Homedepot.

If you haven't closed I would recommend you have them sign an estoppel agreement presented by the current owner that confirms rates and prepaids (last month rent , security deposit).
