I'm launching into wholesaling in April.

I purchased a single family home under my LLC and have been renovating it to be STR-ready (weeks away before we launch!). 

We launched a STR biz but you need some capital to get off the ground.

I also host a meetup in the Southloop that just launched about two months ago.

We just launched a portfolio loan for medical and healthcare professionals.

Also, nobodies claiming that you NEED a college degree to be successful; many have taken college courses at a very low cost thru Coursera  or EdX and and acquired the fundamental knowledge necessary to launch a successful business.  

I'm getting ready to launch my STR, Casa de Palmeras in 3 weeks and went through the majority of the notes you mentioned above. 

In the meantime, I'm preparing to officially launch my startup ScopeOut!

Overall goal is to have the multi-family property be a launching point to begin to replace my husbands salary.

I wish I had studied computer science, because it pays so much better than what I do now and would have launched me into an income category where I could get started in real estate years earlier.But here's what I don't regret.
