We do accept section 8 but are very picky when it comes to choosing a tenant.Yesterday I met up with a Woman and her two children and grandchild- a 22 year old man and a 14 year old girl, and a little boy--her son's child who was about 4 years old.

One girl questioned that the doctor had to be in state when she applied , I simply told her " if the state doesnt allow them to practice in this state I legally cant accept it , but the 2 evictions disqualified her from the start .
