hello training Renfro my name is Michael and I too am new to the real estate investing, but I have a question that you may be able to help me with being that you are able to locate people. my question is if there's a certain property say in Clayton County that is abandoned how would I go about finding out who owns the property to get in contact with them to find out if the property is for sale or not?

Before I get warned of over-leveraging myself to invest, I intend to use it for accelerated pay down of my primary mortgage (see Clayton Morris' new book "How to Pay Off Your Mortgage in 5 Years").

It's those maniacs that buy homes cash via quit claim deed off of craigslist that really get screwed.Make sure your property manager is a licensed real estate brokerage.Google Clayton Morris and/or Morris Invest for a cautionary tale of what not to do when buying turnkey real estateUnderstand you can not eliminate all risk, only mitigate it.
