Highest LTV Home Equity Line of Credit

Hello everyone, I was wondering what some of the highest LTV home equity lines of credit some of you have been able to secure, primary residence or otherwise. Before I get warned of over-leveraging myself to invest, I intend to use it for accelerated pay down of my primary mortgage (see Clayton Morris' new book "How to Pay Off Your Mortgage in 5 Years").
