@Drew Sygit this house was professionally inspected upon completion and the inspector found a non-working furnace with the thermostat hanging off the wall.

Thanks for the input, I was definetly not trying to discrimate in anyway, my mindset at the time was, will they have the finances to make rental payments when the baby came before I drew up a lease.

Plus, the "third world dictator" look (while awesome for some purposes) drew awkward attention when driving around el-cheapo neighborhoods looking at houses!
