True there are some constants like as @Scott Trench mentioned and the research supports that, at least today, millennials want like walkable cities, easier commutes, more collaboration with peers etc.

You're his client and he should always treat you professionally and respectfully.When you're shopping ask for some references that include PM clients similar in size and experience to yourself, as well as a couple of references from clients the size and property type that you want to be in 5 years.You should take some time to write down a list of features or services that are important to you, and then prioritize that list in order.

She had an idea about a collaborative environment for other therapists.We also have 800 sqft of area on the 2nd floor that hasn’t been fixed yet and therefore no CofO for that area, but could be renovated and obtained in under two months and about 10k in expenses.

Every time I've had a claim I could take my time renovating and re-renting...the lost rent was being accrued each month so I could finish my current projects before I prioritized it.
