My subscribers (it's a membership site) have shown a great interest in real estate investing and so I'm learning all I can with an eye to... referring them to Loan Originators when the need arises,... recommending brokers...and possibly publishing other resources for them as a benefit of membership.This seems like an *outstanding* resource forum.

And was offered for $197 for about 7 years.Last weekend, (after warning my existing subscribers for about 6 months that this was happening) I updated all the modules and we added a proprietary software and 6-months of coaching to the offer and increased the price to $997.I instructed Jade not to make any exceptions to the new pricing for subscribers who waited to purchase.Now, to your question above - what else won't I honor?

Until I learned the beauty of filtering, I considered deleting that email account.I did subscribe to my own thing I recommended and so far zero spam. i'm not signed up for anything else from where I work and I'm pretty sure it's actually over now that the whole deal is live. :) Guess I'll have to add that to the ever-growing "to-do list" of ted talks.

I subscribe to two different list services that provide owner names based upon my criteria.

Personally I just don't think they'd go for it but who knows.Finally, there are sites/applications that you can subscribe to ($300+ / yr) that will generate reports for you based on criteria for distressed owners.
