New to real estate investing
I’m new to the real estate investment world, I’ve read countless books about the subject. I live in Utah and looking to take the steps to buying it first rental property. But I am curious to how much I should save before I decide to buy my first house? I’m curious to know what others have started out with and what challenges they faced with their first houses so I don’t make the same mistake. With being new to the real estate investments I’m open to any ideas on how to avoid the pit falls. Thank you in advance to anyone who responds to help me.

It would definitely be a number that you are comfortable with. I had around $40k when I bought my first brrrr and that worked out I ended up putting in around 10k for down payment and closing and about 20k for renovations. You want to make sure that you have enough in reserves if you are doing a huge remodel
