Otherwise its the same company, intuit, performing the same transaction. maybe you can put "recurring electronic payment" as a requirement in your lease and start with sparkrent and test different services as necessary so it doesn't contain brand specific requirements in the lease should you need to change it.

Given how inefficient most cities computer systems are and how long it can take for info to get registered electronically why would you want to wait for a bad list when you can get someone to drive and knock on doors and talk to neighbours and get the real deals that way.
