I know it can be done because I've sat on google translate to annotate German tax returns into English, along with past-dated USD currency conversions to get a loan through, but yeah this is one where you need to shop primarily the competence of the lender, and shop it hard.

We have been buying GE EnergyStar Tier II/II 18ft^3 refrigerators and mid-level ranges for <$1200 a pair (and that's in Canada ... bound to be cheaper down there) as we renovate ... much easer to maintain when you have the same fridge, range and dishwasher in all units.All in all, looks good.

I live in Northern Virginia and have been studying the local market and how it works and I've noticed a pair of nice homes in nice neighborhoods with value going anywhere from $250K to $300K and they're both foreclosing for roughly $70K in a matter of weeks.
