I am a new investor that is interested in exploring the Spokane, WA market in more detail.  I would love some feedback from other investors in this area.  I would also like to connect with a local agent that can provide me with some general market information.  My wife and I both have a pair of grandparents that live there so we are generally familiar with the city.
