I'm back again because I got a threatening email from the HOA as described below. 

Threaten to evict for interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of other tenants etc................I can hear it barking already. 

Any advice on how I can be as transparent, honest, and non-threatening as possible would be greatly appreciated.

I've actually see illegal activities and had to threaten legal action against the agent and his broker.

So, she threatened to back out of the deal and reconsider the purchase of their home if the repairs weren’t made.

Now enter the hysterical tenant who emails me everything that the plumber told her, who is basically threatening to move if I don't address this immediately. 

Some of you may have seen it on the news or social media but this fire is awful taking lives and people's property. 500 structures destroyed and close to 5000 threatened.  

That’s why I suggested threatening to torpedo the purchase - that becomes her incentive to negotiate.

Additionally, the landlord has been extremely unprofessional and disrespectful in her emails to me.With the facts summarized above, is it possible for me to win this case if I am taken to court as threatened? 

Even with the note being paid, the banks will still send threatening letters.
