I am looking for a way to supplement our income for all the lovely things that life throws at you.

The "Boeing Factor" was a major concern of ours prior to investing in Everett and our rationale was that the $1B wing facility was just contracted to build in Everett (2013ish) so we knew Boeing would have a heavy presence in Everett for the next 20 years or so and then within that 20 year timeframe the urban sprawl from Seattle/Bellevue area would reach Everett to supplement the housing market should Boeing ever leave town.

While I learned a lot, I definitely am glad I supplemented my online learning from Kaplan with reading and watching other online videos on YouTube and others prior to taking the test.

I don't plan on investing until I have made enough income from my job for a downpayment, but at first I plan on using real estate to supplement my income.

-Use it to invest in some sort of 'side investment' to supplement my retirement.

My future goal is to supplement my passive income through property management (I manage all my own properties) and short term flips.  

I invest in these properties to supplement income, I already have a business.Anyways I've paid cash for all 4 properties + have 2 pieces of land I lease out as well.

If you'd like to pick my brain about how you can earn easy supplemental income from property you don't own I'd be happy to chat about that as well. 

Currently my goal is to gain experience while supplementing my current income.
