new to real estate game

I'm Lisa Black and my husband and I are just getting started in the Real Estate game. We've rehabbed 1 property, we've bought 1 property to buy and hold and we are looking for the following.
- Fix n Flips in Austin, TX
- Buy and Hold properties with owner financing (almost any market)
- Buy and Hold in Austin that have strong numbers for being a rental.
I've also started an AirBnb business back in December. If you'd like to pick my brain about how you can earn easy supplemental income from property you don't own I'd be happy to chat about that as well.
