I am working on transferring my college credits and getting a degree at UT at Austin.

I live in Salt Lake City, UT and I currently have 2 properties with 3 rental units.

I got my Utah loan originator license fairly recent (May last year) and I'm always on the lookout for resources of knowledge.I discovered the BP community and I'm really glad I did.

If you live here and a friend from Utah comes to visit for a week, they may be in and out, skip a day of occupancy starting the clock again, going in for 6 hours is not occupying.

Having UT in the heart of Austin can't hurt.

Hope you can offer some advice on what to do--to rent out my house or sell it.I'm expecting to move out of state (Utah) in the next 3-4 months, and don't think I will be returning anytime soon.

Here in Utah, they are about 1/2 months rent... in NJ, they can be 3 months rent or higher.
