New Guy from Salt Lake City, UT

Hello all, My name is Matt. I live in Salt Lake City, UT and I currently have 2 properties with 3 rental units. I have been interested in real estate since 2005 when I first read "Rich Dad, Poor Dad". Since then I have read a few dozen real estate books and love the idea of creating passive income and equity from real estate. I am currently working on obtaining my first apartment complex and look forward to using the "deal forum" to share my findings. I would like to get to know some local investors. I hope to be a positive contributor to any that I can help. Who out here in SLC is meeting on a regular basis? How can I contribute on a web basis? I have come to realize that this is the best site out there for social real estate networks. Thanks to all of those that make it great.

p.s.-any suggestions for great commercial real estate books? thanks in advance!
