It helps to have an in your face teacher, not just somebody claiming they know how to do deals, to show you how to do whatever it is you want to learn.I wouldn't try to teach myself brain surgery from books or the internet.

Id only consider renting to sex offenders, like a teacher who had sex with her student, dont see why her love for teens would make her default on her rent.

My DH is a school teacher and we want to get out of that and make a comfortable living for ourselves through investing.

@Zachary Kingsberg I know this having done it first hand - I was a high school teacher/coach and transitioned into real estate full time after just a year.

It's a great school with excellent teachers.
