One huge stress factor is that I solely pay property taxes, maintain and manage the units, and keep them rented while my parent routinely demands the split partnership if sold.

I've been listening since they began and it's become a part of my routine.

I routinely call listing agents to get info and will then shape my offer based on this or decide if it's even worth my buyer's agent going to check the property out.

As in taking a year to slow down, to give up normal routines, to say no more, to make space to be spontaneous and chase new adventures.
