What is the most successful direct mail method?
I am trying to decide how I want to structure my direct mail campaign strategy for wholesale. Is it best to just get a list of certain types of properties in my city and mail a professionally designed mailer to them? (most wholesalers in my area do that) Or should I drive for dollars and personally send handwritten notes to specific potential sellers? I think I need to do something a little different and more personable to have decent success with the amount of competition.
