I have subscribed to online service that provides the what is owed and equity but it doesn't give much detail information about owner's additional loans.I want to make sure whatever the information I have about the equity and outstanding loan is correct and owner don't have any additional loans against the equity.

I've held onto the information from that video, but didn't subscribe.

Also subscribed to see what other ideas people have because I would like to look into student housing in the near future

It is a lot of logistics: Study (it is like 8 books), schedule, take and pass the exam, find a broker to hang your license with, become a member of a local (regional ) Board of Realtors, subscribe to an MLS (or several) ...

I think it was fair because I didn't pay my rent" 100% an evicted tenant will fault you for following the law instead of listening to their tale of woe for the umpteenth time.I also don't subscribe to the theory that you can't be friendly, it has nothing to do with setting standards and enforcing them, It absolutely benefits me if a tenant is happy with all aspects of renting my house by reducing turnover, if being friendly adds to a positive experience for all its win-win.

When tenants subscribe to the various service, ie internet and cable, don't the providers come out and do all the installation, and generally installation at no charge?

I don't necessarily subscribe to that when it comes to the Colonies and east coast states... case in point.... open escrow with closing attorney...
