Getting out for me would be to stop pursuing new real estate and just sitting on a beach drinking my Mai Tai and letting the cash flow from the real estate I already have fund it. 

All infomercials are filmed at an oceanfront mansion with the guru and several supermodels sitting on a yacht, sipping tall drinks (with umbrella) seemingly enjoying the good life as the money falls from the sky!

If you're open to it, I'd love to meet for coffee or buy drinks to hear about your journey and learn whatever lessons you're willing to share. 

Heck, you'd be in your speedo drinking umbrella drinks with the ladies for the rest of your life already. 

Plowing does suck , Yes it can tie you down , Up for 20 hours straight eating snickers bars and drinking coffee .

I taught my daughter how and where to hit, how to break holds, and most importantly that every object around you can be a weapon, be it hairspray, your car keys, a drinking glass, etc.

My rentals are also full of fluff but designed for those that would rather play golf, drink and socialize at night instead of saving for there own home they could/would never take care of anyway.

But it is easy for you to drink coffee or even better some beer over there while I am stuck here in Croatia :)
