New as in I've just started doing the research and don't know exactly where or how to begin.

Hello everyone, I live in Houston, TX and have recently found my first deal.

Maybe I'm over thinking this too much in the past I've just hoped that nothing big happens while I'm out of town and so far I've been pretty lucky, but I have a fairly long vacation booked coming up and I would really not want to be worrying about what I would do if an emergency happens at one of my properties while I'm out of town.  

Hi there, so I've just started putting ads on Craigslist advertising that I buy houses in the Fort Wayne Indiana area.

I've just read through those threads, and they offer a lot of insight.

I've just recently started my investing career, and I'm focused on wholesaling. 

I've just started the training with this group.. but, it's in depth, someone is ALWAYS available to call or sit down with to go over numbers & strategies.

Although #1 looks good too, I've just never done that.

I recently found the BP podcasts and listen to them every day before and after work.
