Contract

Hello everyone,

I live in Houston, TX and have recently found my first deal. I want to get it under contract however I'm really not sure where to get the document. I went to the TREC website and it said that you have to be a Real Estate Agent to use the contracts, which I am not. Are there any other places that I can go to get the right form to place this property under contract?
