I am thanking about buy some land at a Oklahoma tax sale. this deed has a irs lien and a large otc warrant. on my deed search It says that this lien and warrant in the legal description it say no land the irs lien was put on in 2010 had to be refilling was on 4/1/19 and warrant was put on 2009, what i would l like to know is this, will these be on the mobile home that is on the property is it on me to pay and what the worst thing that could happen one other willed buy it

Depending on which community you choose, they may be non-warrantable which will definitely limit your loan options (non warrantable means the loans can't be sold to Freddie or Fannie).
