Returning to BP from Central Minnesota

Hello all! My name is Austin and I'm not brand new, but have been gone long enough to warrant a fresh introduction.

I started in real estate in Florida, mostly by accident. After about five years of knowledge gathering I moved back to the great white north. Apparently I felt like I didn't need any more money, so I started another business, this time computer related. As health insurance costs and really just the overall costs of running a business went up, my savings went down. This of course motivated me to remove my head from the deep dark place I stuck it, and go back to doing what I loved.

I've been back in the real estate game for a few months. I just recently remembered how great of a resource BiggerPockets always was. I thought I'd stop in and say hello.
