I just want to say that I love this site and that there is so much to learn and soak up here!

I've been learning and trying to soak up all knowledge I can.

For now I want to soak up as much information as I can and learn how to do it right.Thanks again for this great forum!

Im obviously going through all the material that I can on the site to soak in as much as i can.Looking forward to being an active member of this forum as ive already listened to some podcast which were awesome, so the site has to be too, right?

Now, all of the carpets in the unit are soaking wet, there's mold two feet up on every single wall, and there's literally crap everywhere.My first question is, is a month or less enough time for sewage water to damage structural lumber?

Right now I'm mostly trying to soak up as much as I can about the process, decide on a strategy, network as much as possible, and most important of all I need to get out and look at real estate. 

Take your time looking around BP and soaking it all in and hopefully the niche/strategy you want to pursue will become obvious to you.

I am currently reading Brandon Turner's book on Rental Property Investing, listening to the BP's podcast and looking forward to soaking up as much knowledge as possible prior to diving in and obtaining my first property.
