With that said, there seems to be a glut of rentals right now where I live and landlords are scrambling to put any warm, rent-paying body they can find in a unit.

Does any body have a problem accessing the site?

As close to the road as that is it would be visible so a building inspector (or busy body neighbor) could easily turn you in for violating building code and then you'd be forced to remove it at your cost.

Equity in a property like this can be extremely fleeting and is highly volatile.

Could be a nice play considering the student body has potential renters and Airbnb use considering the out of state visitors while also being relatively close to multiple (Mountain station and south orange) train stations with the NY direct lines

Although the money would be great, I think travel nursing for me personally would be too taxing on the body (physically and mentally).

Or is it a little farm community where every body is related.
