You saw the vision from the start + used creativity to expand your investment even more. 

To give some context of my plan/vision, I will be moving out to Denver, CO in the Summer of 2021.

He is an investor as well and has vision when looking at prospective deals.

A great leader in the real estate industry will have a compelling vision for the future of the local community, the courage to act to realize that vision, and the ability to galvanize others in support of that same vision.

Examples include: 1) Ready to jump on any and everywhere property, regardless of how close it is to my vision. 2) Submits offers on my behalf without sharing the written documentation with me nor any details outside of the offer price that we agree upon (not sure if this is a norm) 3) Has stated that sellers are not interested in bidding wars so my highest and best offer should always be submitted first, despite instances where bidding wars have ensued on properties of interest.Am I reading too much into this or are these the actions of a questionable agent? 

I’m sort of stuck at this point of, should I hustle for a year or two again working 90 hour weeks tunnel visioned on saving 50k for a second property or is that a waste of my time and what I am trying to pursue.  

As a structural engineer, we make the architect's vision a reality (design the concrete structure of the infinity pools, how to support the large open windows and large span cantilever terraces/roof with steel framing, design the concrete foundations, retaining walls and basements if the building is on a slope as is often the case in Beverly Hills, and all the wood floor, roof and wall framing).
