Yiding J. Building a team of professionals in Atlanta

Folks,I'm in the process of learning about and building a team I can trust in Atlanta area.My goal is to find 1.5%+ rental units needing no or cosmetic work. e.g. 50k houses that rent for 800 would work well.I'm open to all areas, but my trip two weeks ago revealed Clayton county and surrounding as a good area for cashflow SFHs.I'm planning another trip mid December, so would like to connect with more people, sales agents, property managers, rehabers. Many thanks
