They are long term tenants and this issues had been going on for years, anyways I tried to establish and reminded everyone of the rules and expected behavior when dealing with one another when I first got the place to only find out it made little to zero effect.

It's gotten so bad lately that Congress has begun talking about creating laws making it easier for cellular providers to BLOCK such behavior.

Your questions is like " why should i get exited to buy a car" ... too generic ..Having said that ... its really doesnt matter where you buy/sell.. as long as you know the economic behavior of that location and price properties accordingly. ..Real estate is very local (down to Zip code level) ...

There should be adequate resources for us to report this type of unprofessional behavior as none of these morons should be licensed to live, let alone sell RE!
