The tenant did take with him a bunch of boxes that he kept in a storage unit for many years and has boxes everywhere in the apartment, his closet, the garage, kitchen, living room, the basement, everywhere.

He added on a master suite complete with walk in closet, another living room, bathroom, bedroom.

Jessica, I am in the process of converting closet into laundry room (laundry currently in garage) and then going to rent main house.  

We changed the floorplan of the house back into a 3/2, converted that first half of the 2-part bedroom series into a hallway extension with the other side of the wall being a full master bath, and finished the second half of the 2-part bedroom series into a full master bedroom with his and her closets and a rear entrance.

I had a difficult to open laundry closet door which was due to how far the gas pipe for the dryer stuck out from the wall. 

There were 4 beds but the 4th room was converted to make the master & 2 walk in-closets larger, could be changed back.

Once an agent says "Nah, my clients want a bigger walk in closet", I cut them off the hook.
