What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This was my second rental. I lived in it for 4 years, building equity and making several improvements.

How did you finance this deal?

VA loan

What was the outcome?

I still own and rent the home.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

The selling broker was The Shine Team in Harker Heights, TX. They are amazing. I have sold a house with them and it sold the first day. They have lots of contacts with the local military community.

Tri-City is my property management company. They also work closely with the local military community. They have managed my property for 5 years. It has never been vacant longer than 3 days. There has never been any problems with their management.
