Schiff, Kiyosaki, and others were pounding there chest when the market corrected 5% at the beginning of 2016 saying, "see, I was right". 

I know I can FHA the property, but the good deals would force me and my wife to move to the straight up undesirable areas.

I don't want to carry a rifle and a 100 pounds of gear up mountains.

I mean I look at the meat counter at Costco and steaks are now 15 to 30 bucks a pound  salmon ( granted line caught and fresh) is 25. a pound etc etc.. 

Folks in CA like to say that their overall population is not affected and/or that the people leaving are just poor, undesirable. 

Someone in charge up there has iron hands that simply pound red tapes and politics to rebuild better ones.

It's ironic, becasue this struggle is what usually sends new investors searching for cheap properties in undesirable neighborhoods or cities that are dying.

People were pounding the table 2 weeks back on remote work and death of the office and the same ones are celebrating because WSJ is reporting company XYZ is looking for office space in a particular city.

The people that you see pounding their chest about all of the get rich quick success end up with nothing in a few years. 

Funny you mention that, this same 400 pound MORON of a tenant actually also had the audacity to tell me that the seller was Johnny on the spot with filling their requests and that he expects the same from me.
