I actually subscribed to that guy’s YouTube channel last night.

Also, AgentPro's filtering system was broken for the entire six weeks I was a subscriber, so even though I checked the box to exclude LLCs, my list was full of LLCs. 

I have subscribed to it in itunes and listen to several a day.

I haven't seen them - but title companies in my area (Mesa County) produce some interesting lists and charge something like $5 per week to subscribe... 

I am a passive equity investor in a large 350 multi family complex in Dayton, Ohio.I have attended Chris McClatchy's seller finance seminar, Anthony Chara's multi family boot camp, consulted with Susan Lassiter Lyons and currently subscribe to, read and attend the many resources available to learn about investing. 

I've also joined YPN in the UK and subscribed to their magazine.I am not sure yet how long we would do the holiday rentals here in Edinburgh, I guess we have to see if the demand is high all year round.
