@Keifer Zhang Check truila map.When I started real estate I was also very scared of buying a property in a crime area, I lost a great deal because I got cold feet (locals were telling me about a city in the area that is not safe, literally everyone, and thats why I didnt buy it).I came to conclusion that everywhere is diverse, even cities with high crime rate will have REALLY NICE AREA WITH LOW CRIME.Lesson learned, the best evaluation you can get is walking/driving the neighborhood by yourself, Ask yourself, do you feel safe?

From my years of experience...and experiences, I have come to the conclusion that analysis paralysis is usually caused by one of two things:1 - Analysis doesn't show the desired results, and the REI keeps analyzing to find a property that does.
