Account Closed I did a quick search of the MLS for your area (the public side as I only have access to Garden State and NJ MLS systems) and I found 34 multi-families in New Brunswick (huge college town), 9 across the river in Highland Park, and 5 in Edison where you live, Not saying that is a ton of them but it's a pretty good start.
