@Michael MahungBrighton Park and Little Village have the highest concentration of residential units in 2-4 unit buildings in Chicago (70% and 71% respectively).

Theses homes are pretty concentrated in Eastern NC, where I live, I have always been able to scout the homes out.

I was too busy concentrating on things like the % of renovation / walls opened when really the real trigger is simply the change of use from R-3 to R-2, which would happen regardless of any other changes.

Where are you concentrating your multi-units?

I've had my eye on Burien for a while but have concentrated my efforts north in Everett.

I do think the pushback is greatest in the Breckenridge/Summit County area, which has the highest concentrations of vacation rentals in Colorado. 

- There are other external concerns that I have i.e. state budget shortfalls, too much concentration in one job sector (ex. tech), running out of water situation, earthquakes, fires, etc., any thoughts on how others navigate this?
