What To Do: Neighbor's New Trees Will Heave Driveway Too Close

Like the title states, the trees will become large and heave our driveway, not to mention the branches will overhang our driveway and drop debris on the vehicles that are parked there.  I know branches that overhang the boundary line can be cut at the boundary, but not sure if there is any way to require the trees be removed from being so close to the driveway because of the threat they will inevitably cause to it.
An obnoxious move by neighbor and wondering if we have any recourse....
