Hello everyone, I'm brand new to the BiggerPockets Forum - My question is; does anyone have any real life examples of scheduling your life in your calendar?

As you can synchronize your Vrbo and Airbnb calendars you can also synchronize with a gmail calendar that you can share with your cleaner.I would still make sure cleaners are aware of any last minute bookings to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

The larger places show their calendars to be more full.

Look at their price and look and see how booked their calendars are.

@Mark Bohstedt @Timothy HowdeshellI never said to carry a customer, I was burnt way too many times for that :-)What I meant was that for a customer to feel comfortable and to be honest, it's best for a GC to just get a small commitment to lock in their calendar.
