So you'd probably screen them out of your tenant pool anyway.I think the restriction is more about wanting to specify income source because you think that a person with a particular profession would not be a suitable tenant.

If you have X number of free and clear properties, that makes you a more suitable borrower, one that many Lenders would enjoy to have as a customer and one that many Lenders will reduce fees to obtain not increase them.

It records purchase price, new valuation price, sales price, vacancy rates etc...I always look at sample reports for any software in order to consider if it will be suitable for my needs.
